OT Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

* Tuesday through Saturday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Day shift patient ratio of 1:4 and weekend patient ratio of 1:1
* Block schedule accommodation available
* No on-call required
* No floating between units required
* 24 hours of orientation provided
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Inpatient rehab hospital experience required
* Travel experience required
* First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of experience
* Required certification: BLS
* Charting system experience required; Cerner experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* LTAC experience preferred
* Maryland or Compact license must be active and in hand at submission
* Two supervisor references required
* Nicotine-free candidates only; positive nicotine screen will result in cancellation
* Skills include but are not limited to: acute care, adaptive equipment assessment, adult rehabilitation, amputee care, cardiac rehabilitation, cognitive assessment, CVA rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluation, functional independence measure (FIM), home assessment, upper and lower extremity care, wheelchair evaluation, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and more

Facility:

This inpatient rehabilitation facility operates a 55-bed unit with a daily census of 47 patients, providing specialized rehabilitative care across a broad range of diagnoses and conditions. The facility offers interdisciplinary support including physical therapy and utilizes Cerner as its charting system. The organization maintains a tobacco-free environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a structured and collaborative clinical setting.
