Open Position: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Opportunity:

RN - Cardiovascular/Heart Center

Job Details:

* Day shift position with flexible hours: 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts
* Shift times: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* Minimum two years of recent experience in field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required
* AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery and employing strategies to promote health and safety
* Evaluate progress toward patient outcomes and identify goals for patient situations
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver care in a safe and compassionate environment
* Provide health information and learning opportunities to patients, families, and team members
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
