Job Details:

* Friday shift hours: 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
* Saturday and Sunday shift hours: 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM
* 2-3 on-call shifts per month plus any assigned holidays
* On-call hours run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts; night shift is always 12 hours
* Fixed weekend rotation schedule; some positions may require every weekend
* Holiday rotation: every other holiday
* Schedule follows a repeating cycle with minor alterations
* Requested time off must be approved by manager
* Manager cannot accommodate shift length changes unless the desired shift is already posted
* Perform general, diagnostic, and interventional imaging procedures
* Assist with procedures, ER, and critical cases during day shift
* Evening and night shift caseload is approximately 90% ER and ICU patients
* Cardiac CT experience preferred
* Must have acute care experience in a large Level 3+ facility
* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with broad case types required; critical access experience alone is not sufficient
* Work with EMR system: EPIC
* IV pumps: Alaris
* Medication dispensing: Pyxis; nitro administered prior to cardiac cases
* Injector: MedRad
* PACS: Change Healthcare
* Equipment includes Siemens Dual Source CT 128 Flash, Definition 64 (interventional CT), and Definition Edge 128 in ER; prior experience with specific equipment not required
* Up to 5 CT techs available during business hours; after 5:00 PM, 3 CT techs on staff
* CT transporter available except from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM
* Support staff includes Lead CT Tech, Respiratory Therapy, Hospitalist, Radiologist (on-site during day, off-site at night), and IR MD and PA for CT cases
* Floating to other units is not typically required
* Scrub color: any color with professional appearance; no logos or designs
* Free parking available
* Required certifications and licensure: BLS, ARRT CT R, Washington State license

Facility:

This facility is a Level III Trauma Center with 375 licensed beds, equipped with three CT suites to support a high volume of imaging needs. The department sees over 100 patients in a 24-hour period and provides comprehensive imaging services ranging from general and diagnostic to interventional and emergency cases. The facility offers strong on-site support through a multidisciplinary team and maintains modern technology and equipment to ensure high-quality patient care.
