Job Details:

* Work in a 9-bed Adolescent Behavioral Health unit located on the 5th floor of the St. Joseph Building
* Day shift staffing consists of 1 RN and 2 Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs); Night shift staffing consists of 1 RN and 2 BHTs
* Patient ratio of 1:9
* Perform medication administration and patient assessments
* Utilize PYXIS and DYNAMAP equipment
* Document using CERNER EMR system
* Behavioral health experience required; pediatric behavioral health experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, CPI
* Floating may be required to Adult and Child Behavioral Health units
* Some weekends may be required
* Dress code: Navy scrubs
* Calm personality and professional boundaries are essential for success in this role
