Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* No holidays or weekends required
* No on-call requirements
* Outpatient care setting
* Evaluate and treat a variety of outpatient cases
* Orientation provided during the first week with expectation to begin seeing patients within the first few days
* No floating to other units or departments
* Charting completed using EPIC system
* Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred but not required
* Dress code: Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, or Chocolate Brown) or business casual attire required
* Required certifications: BLS/CPR Certification
* All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility

This facility is a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) offering outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population. The organization utilizes EPIC for electronic charting and is committed to providing quality care in an outpatient environment. The department maintains a structured orientation program to ensure new clinicians are well-prepared before independently managing their patient caseload.
