Job Details:

* Work in a Medical Progressive Care Unit with a mixture of patients
* Located on the 2nd floor PCU
* 12-bed unit
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Night shift ideal staffing includes 1 CNC, 3 RN, and 1-2 PCTs
* Floating requirement on rotation
* No on-call requirement
* EMR system used: Meditech
* Teamwork and positive attitude are key personality traits for success on this unit
