Job Details:

* Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments in both inpatient and outpatient settings
* Split time between 25% inpatient care (acute, ICU, SNF) and 75% outpatient care
* Work independently with thorough care approaches for all outpatient diagnoses
* Handle acute to SNF inpatient mobility progression with knowledge of discharge planning
* Provide services in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB
* Work extensively in hospital-based Outpatient PT Clinic
* See patients every 30-45 minutes with one hour scheduled for new evaluations
* Handle between 5 and 15 patients per day depending on schedule mix
* Must obtain Hawaii PT license as soon as possible
* Holiday pay based on hours worked on designated holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
* Must provide arrival date on island and complete compliance requirements through facility portal
