Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Monday through Friday schedule with call-only shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
* Night call available from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday with no overnight requirement
* 30-minute response time required for on-call shifts
* Work in Spine and Joint/Hip Preservation Center operating rooms
* Staff 8 to 11 rooms on a daily basis
* Perform spine fusions, ALIFs, all spine cases, and total joint replacements
* Work alongside one Charge RN and one Unit Secretary per day shift
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital OR experience required
* Spine and Joint experience is required
* Joint scrub experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* EMR system: Meditech/CPN
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Must demonstrate flexibility and strong communication skills with staff and providers

Facility:

This facility is a modern healthcare organization featuring a dedicated Spine and Joint Hip Preservation Center with 3 specialized operating rooms for spine and joint procedures and 4 additional rooms for an International Hip Preservation Center. The unit maintains a team of 60 staff members and operates up to 11 rooms daily, offering a dynamic and experienced surgical environment. The facility utilizes advanced technology and equipment to support a wide range of orthopedic and spine procedures.
