Job Details:

* Work in a 30-bed Emergency Department with patient ratios of 1:5 at most, acuity dependent
* Alternate weekend schedule required
* Day shift staffing includes CNC-1, RNs based on volume forecast (7-10 providers), 2 PCT/EMT, and 1 US
* Night shift staffing includes CNC-1, RNs based on volume forecast (7-10 providers), 1 PCT/EMT, and 1 US
* Utilize advanced monitors, defibrillators, ultrasound, and EKG machines
* Document using Meditech EMR (transitioning to Expanse)
* Perform and assist with thoracotomy, arterial lines, and massive transfusion protocol (MTP)
* Must have advanced critical thinking skills and extensive experience with trauma, STEMI, stroke, and sepsis
* Adult and pediatric ED experience preferred
* May float to two free-standing ED locations if needed
* Required certifications: ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC (NRP and STABLE a plus)
* Royal blue scrubs required in accordance with dress code policy
* Must demonstrate flexibility, accountability, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills

The department operates with a robust staffing model supporting high-acuity care and maintains access to two additional free-standing emergency department locations.
