Opportunity:

Sterile Processing Tech

Job Details:

* Work 5x8 shifts, Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation
* No weekend requirements
* Floating within scope to meet facility needs required
* May be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, Main, or West Campus sister facilities
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience required
* Level I Trauma experience required
* Travel experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Experience in sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap required
* Preferred case experience includes: Neuro, GU, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Transplant, and GYN
* Required certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA
* BLS not required
* Required skills include: Aseptic Technique, High-Level Disinfection, Scope/Probe Reprocessing, Sets/Tray Assembly, Sterilization Wrapping Procedures, Use of Washers/Sterilizers, Laparoscopic, Robotics, Orthopedics, Neurology, OB/GYN, and Cardiac
* Parking pass available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20

This facility is a Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, and Magnet Hospital with 820 total staffed beds.
