Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Work 10-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on a rotating schedule
* 4 days per week on 10-hour shift schedule or 5 days per week on 8-hour shift schedule
* Weekend rotation required, including 2-3 weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)
* 13-week assignment
* Work in an inpatient acute care facility on the Rehab Services unit (5th floor)
* Patient ratios of 8-10 patients daily
* No on-call requirements
* EMR system: EPIC
* Acute care experience required
* OT Certification required for this assignment
* Independent work style preferred
* Dress code: Light green/olive green scrubs
* Alaska state fingerprint and state background check must be cleared or in provisional status prior to starting

Facility:

This facility is a 175-bed inpatient acute care hospital with a dedicated Rehab Services unit. The unit supports a team of approximately 60 therapy providers including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, PTAs, and COTAs. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system and maintains a dynamic, collaborative therapy environment.
