Opportunity:

SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Details:

* Flexible schedule options available: 4x10s (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7:30 AM?6:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM?5:00 PM) or 5x8s (3 days 9:30 AM?6:00 PM and 2 days 7:30 AM?4:00 PM)
* No weekend shifts required
* 9 patient visits per day
* Work in a pediatric outpatient setting
* Treat patients across infant, pediatric, and adolescent age groups
* Work with patients presenting with autism, birth defects, developmental delays, and language disorders
* Provide patient and family education
* Document assessments, evaluations, discharge summaries, plans of care, reassessments, and SLP evaluation coding including Medicaid billing documentation
* Identify signs and symptoms of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse
* Utilize Wellsky/Epic documentation systems Epic charting experience required
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, interpretation services, and unit secretary
* Required certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP
* Minimum 1?2 years of experience required
* Position is open to first-time travelers
* Black scrubs required
* Locals within a 50-mile radius are not accepted
* Floating to other units or facilities if needed is an expectation for all travelers
