Open Position: RN - Short Stay

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2794.60

Opportunity:

RN - General

Job Details:

* Variable day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or variable by one half hour, Monday through Friday
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Overtime may be needed
* Minimum of two years recent nursing experience required
* BSN degree preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* EPIC electronic health records experience required
* Spanish speaking skills are a plus
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS)
* Current RN licensure in state of practice required
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care
* Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members as appropriate
