Opportunity:
RN - Cardiac/Telemetry
Job Details:
* Day shift position with 36-hour weekly schedules only
* Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience required
* EPIC electronic health records experience required
* Current BLS certification required (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS accepted)
* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans to attain patient outcomes and promote health and safety
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe and caring environment
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
