Opportunity:

RN - Pediatric CVOR

Job Details:

* 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift with on-call requirement
* 8-week assignment
* Rotating call schedule that is primarily self-scheduling
* On-call is required and shared among the team
* No floating requirement - dedicated pediatric CVOR team
* EMR system used is Meditech
* Pediatric CVOR experience preferred; at minimum, operating room experience with cardiac experience required
* CVOR scrub skills preferred but not mandatory
* Typical procedures include open heart surgery on pediatric congenital heart patients and bedside sternal closures and washout procedures in the ICU
* Strong teamwork skills and high performance standards expected
* Work within a dedicated pediatric cardiac service line alongside pediatric cath lab, echo teams, and pre/post anesthesia unit teams

Facility:

This facility is a fast-growing pediatric cardiac center featuring dedicated pediatric CVOR rooms and a specialized team of cardiac surgery technicians and registered nurses. The unit operates as a dedicated pediatric cardiac service line with close working relationships with pediatric cath lab, echo teams, and pre/post anesthesia unit teams. The center is currently undergoing new construction to support its continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality pediatric cardiac care.
