Open Position: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with required call
* Call required as needed, averaging 12 days per month including at least one weekend rotation (Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM)
* 30-minute response time required for call
* Holiday call required with rotating assignments
* Average of 8 cases per day
* Must be able to scrub cardiac and peripheral cases including PCI/STEMI procedures
* Common cases include all cardiac invasive procedures (excluding structural heart), peripheral procedures such as carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, and peripheral diagnostics and intervention
* No dirty procedures such as PEGs, G-tubes, or nephrostomy tubes
* Charting and EMR system: Cerner
* Hospital provided scrubs
* No floating required
* Orientation length depends on skill level, generally 1 to 2 shifts
* Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
* Required certifications: RCIS and BLS
* Radiology license not required
* Acute care setting
