Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Day shift position working Wednesday through Sunday, 5 x 8-hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred, with outpatient and inpatient experience
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016
* Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
* Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
* Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients
* Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
* Establish individualized care and discharge plans and communicate them to appropriate parties
* Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
* Supervise assigned assistants
* Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
