Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2975.40

Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Day shift schedule working 4 x 10-hour shifts, Saturday through Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
* Outpatient setting with no on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
* Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
* Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
* Use appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients
* Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
* Establish individualized care and discharge plans and ensure plans are communicated to appropriate parties
* Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
* Supervise assigned assistants
* Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
