Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3x12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Schedule runs Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association guidelines), ACLS, PALS
* CCRN certification encouraged
* Current California Registered Nurse license required
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required
* Basic computer skills required
* Plans, coordinates, and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the ICU
* Ensures quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards
* Regularly uses computer, telephone voicemail system, and laser printer
* Occasionally uses photocopier and fax machine
* Category 2 potential exposure to blood and body fluids
* Must comply with all HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
