Opportunity:

Mammography Tech

Job Details:

* Schedule options include five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts with Fridays off
* No on-call required
* No weekend shifts required
* No floating between units
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Scrub color: Any color (OR/Cath Lab scrubs provided)
* Perform general imaging including screening mammograms (tomosynthesis and 2D), diagnostic mammograms, and additional views
* Work with Hologic units across 5 rooms with on-site radiologist support
* Proficiency in 3D mammography, digital mammography, and PACS required
* Hologic equipment experience preferred
* Traveler will not be required to perform contrast enhanced mammography, biopsy, or localizations general imaging only
* Patients include adult and geriatric age groups
* Required certifications: ARRT (M), ARRT (R), BLS, Oregon license
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission

Facility:

This short-term acute care teaching hospital operates with 536 total staffed beds and provides a comprehensive range of medical services to its patient population. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and offers a modern, well-equipped environment including five mammography rooms staffed with Hologic units and supported by on-site radiologists. No parking fees are required for staff.
