Open Position: Pharmacist - Pharmacist Outpatient

Opportunity:

Pharmacist Outpatient INFUSION- Cherry Creek Medical Center

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* No weekend requirements
* Minimum 2 years of infusion experience required
* Travel experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Focus on order review, verification, preparation, and dispensing of hazardous and non-hazardous medications for oncology and infusion patients
* Treat adult patient population
* Experience with Epic charting system required
* Skills required include ambulatory care/outpatient clinic, chemotherapy, compounding, high-alert medications, Pyxis, and sterile technique
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Board Certified, Chemo/Hazardous Drug
* Colorado state pharmacy license required
* PharmD required
* Maximum 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract

This ambulatory infusion center provides specialized outpatient pharmacy services focused on oncology and infusion therapy. The facility supports a comprehensive care model with a dedicated team managing the preparation and dispensing of both hazardous and non-hazardous medications. The center is equipped with modern systems and tools to support high-quality pharmaceutical care for infusion and oncology patients.
