RN - Med/Surg Tele

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 4 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 13 to 20 week contract options available
* Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a minimum passing score required, with a maximum of 2 attempts allowed
* One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required from assignments worked within the past 12 months
