Job Details:

* Monday through Friday day shift schedule
* Patient ratio of 5-6 patients per day with a branch capacity of 100 patients
* Call requirements every 6-7 weeks for one week covering nights from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM including that weekend
* No night visits required during call coverage
* Documentation system: HCHB
* Home health and hospice experience required for nursing positions
* Home health experience required for therapy positions
* Must have experience serving the Franklin/Macon County area
* Nursing dress code: Navy blue or navy and white scrubs
* Therapy dress code: Business casual
* Reliable personal vehicle required for patient visits
