RN - PSYCH Adolescent Behavioral Health

Job Details:

* Work in a 9-bed Adolescent Behavioral Health unit on the 5th floor
* Patient ratio of 1:9
* Day shift staffing includes 1 RN and 2 Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
* Night shift staffing includes 1 RN and 2 Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
* Some weekends may be required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Perform medication administration and patient assessments
* Float to Adult and Child Behavioral Health units as needed
* Behavioral Health experience required - candidates without this skill will not be considered
* Pediatric Behavioral Health experience preferred
* Calm personality best suited for this role
* Required certifications: BLS, CPI
* Equipment used: PYXIS, DYNAMAP
* EMR system: Cerner
* Dress code: Navy scrubs
* Must adhere to professional boundaries and nursing practices
