TRAVEL - RN - ED

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* Work in an 11-bed emergency department unit
* Staff includes 2 RNs per shift available 24/7, 1 MD available 24/7, 1 radiology tech available 24/7, and 1 security guard available 24/7
* Utilize GE monitors and Baxter pumps
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Perform EKGs, IV placement, and medication administration
* Perform conscious sedation and wound care procedures
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care ED RN experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC, NIH, PALS, and CPI Blue Card
* Must be able to work mid-shift and night shift
* ER charge RN experience preferred
* Willingness to float between ED departments preferred
* Positive, flexible, and team-player personality preferred

The unit maintains a consistent staffing model with RNs, a paramedic, physician, radiology technician, and security personnel around the clock to ensure both patient and staff safety.
