LPN - Long-Term Care

Job Details:

* Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit
* Perform medication administration, assessments, care planning, and documentation
* Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
* Work assigned schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
* Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience required
* Strong communication and clinical assessment skills required
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with electronic medical records required
* Active Hawai'i LPN license required
* Current BLS certification required
