Job Details:

* 4x10 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 5x8 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
* On-call required with 3 call shifts per week and weekend call every other weekend
* Weekend coverage required per call schedule
* Float between service lines required; floating to sister facilities is not required
* Facility in a 13-room OR environment
* Minimum 1 year of well-rounded CVOR experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and NBSTSA (NCCT not accepted)
* Required case experience: Vascular, Thoracic, Open Heart, and Endovascular
* Preferred case experience: General Surgery-Robotics, Urology Robotics, GYN Robotics, Neuro Surgery, and Orthopedics/Spine including total joints
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* Scrubs are provided by the facility
* Charting system: Epic
* Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period; called off hours may be broken down to equal 1 shift
* 60-mile local radius rule applies; local travelers are not accepted

This community hospital features 276 staffed beds and operates 13 operating rooms supporting a wide range of surgical specialties. The facility provides comprehensive cardiovascular and surgical services, including complex vascular, thoracic, open heart, and endovascular procedures. The organization utilizes Epic for charting and maintains high standards for surgical care across multiple service lines.
