Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Day shift position from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
* No guaranteed hours
* 15-week contract assignment
* Provide continuous airway management for patients
* Perform ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support
* Assist with physician consulting, CPR, and all aspects of respiratory care
* Utilize computerized charting and Pyxis medication management systems
* Operate PB 980, PB 840 Ventilators, V60, and Para Pac Transport Vent equipment
* Must be able to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* No first assignments accepted
* Required certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS (NRP preferred)
* Active State of Hawaii respiratory therapist license required prior to assignment start
* Must arrive the Thursday before start date to attend employee health appointment on Friday
