Job Details:

* Generally set schedule 5 days per week, likely to include 1 weekend day
* Acute care experience required with the ability to work independently
* Must be proficient in completion of Modified Barium Swallow Studies in radiology without supervision by a radiologist
* Rehab in Acute MBS experience and SNF facility experience required
* Possibility of referrals for outpatient care
* Documentation using Meditech computerized system for inpatient and paper and pencil for outpatient
* EMR system transitioning to Epic from November 1, 2025; training in EMR documentation will be provided
* Orientation to rehab area and expectations will be provided
* Minimum 2 years of experience required, preferably with SNF level or rehab hospital experience
* Must be able to complete MBS studies independently
* Possible floating to another facility depending on census and staffing
* Required certifications: BLS
* Hawaii rehab licensure in appropriate discipline required
* Dress code: Scrubs or per facility dress code policy and procedure
