Opportunity:

RN - Medical Surgical

Job Details:

* Work on a 30-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
* Required to work 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule and fall into holiday rotation
* Float rotation shared with other staff members
* Document using Meditech electronic documentation system
* Work with equipment including walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, and more
* Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretaries, PCTs, and Case Management team members
* Must demonstrate teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
* Medical-Surgical experience required including respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin drips
* Utilize communication boards to meet patient experience requirements
* Required certification: BLS
* Required uniform: Navy Blue Scrubs
