Opportunity:
OTR/L - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Job Details:
* Day shift schedule Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
* Inpatient rehab experience required, including Care Tool training
* Experience in neuro, ortho, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and spinal cord injury (SCI) preferred
* Proficiency with electrical stimulation (estim) and other therapeutic modalities required
* Documentation system: Meditech Magic/Expanse
* Required certifications: OTR/L, CPR/BLS
* Gray scrubs required as dress code
* Access to several portable and in-room lifts for patient mobility, Bioness equipment, and functional electrical stimulation (FES) equipment
Facility:
This inpatient rehabilitation facility operates a 36-bed unit offering comprehensive rehabilitation services including stroke care, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic recovery, and traumatic brain and spinal cord injury treatment. The facility holds stroke certification and UDS quality certification, reflecting its commitment to high-quality patient outcomes. The unit is supported by an interactive medical team, a stroke committee support group, pet therapy, and a supportive administrative team that fosters a positive and collaborative care environment.
