Open Position: HR Generalist - Human Resources

Opportunity:

HR Generalist / HR Business Partner Support

Job Details:

* Day shift, Monday through Friday, on-site position
* 40 hours per week, exempt status
* Serve as a first-line advisor to leaders and employees on HR matters including policy interpretation, performance concerns, and basic workforce planning needs
* Conduct initial assessments of employee relations concerns and lead low-to-moderate risk investigations, escalating high-risk or precedent-setting issues to HR Business Partners
* Provide guidance on corrective actions and documentation in alignment with established policy and best practices
* Analyze HR data and trends to inform recommendations for local operational improvements
* Support execution of HR initiatives including performance management, onboarding, engagement, and compliance training
* Assist with local workforce planning discussions by providing relevant data, historical trends, and policy-based recommendations
* Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects with a focus on implementation and process adherence
* Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* Typically requires 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
