RN - Ortho/Spine

Job Details:

* Strong orthopedic background required
* Work on a 26-bed Ortho/Spine unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
* 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
* Floating policy involves rotation
* Care for patients undergoing knee and hip replacements as well as multi-level spine surgeries
* Unit support staff includes unit secretaries, PCTs, and navigators
* Equipment used includes coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Must demonstrate compassion and teamwork
* Navy scrubs required as dress code
* Patient experience requirement of 72%
