Opportunity:

RN - Ortho/Spine

Job Details:

* Work on a 26-bed Orthopedic/Spine unit (5 West)
* Patient ratio of 6:1
* Unit staffing includes unit secretaries, PCTs, and Navigators
* Work with equipment including coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs
* Document using Meditech system
* 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
* Floating policy on a rotation basis
* Perform procedures including knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries
* Must demonstrate compassion and teamwork
* Navy scrubs required
* Patient experience requirements of 72% must be maintained
