Opportunity:

CONTRACT - NICU RRT (754) - 13 WEEKS - 6:00P-6:00A

Job Details:

* 13-week contract position working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* Rotating weekends with 4 weekend shifts per month
* No on-call requirements
* Must be able to handle babies at 32 weeks gestation or less
* Adult respiratory experience in an acute care setting required
* Adult critical care experience in ICU or ED preferred
* Patient assignments based on volume with approximately 35-40 patients per shift
* Perform standard respiratory therapy procedures including nebulizers, CPT, arterial blood gases, and ventilator management
* Assist with inhaled nitric oxide, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, and transporting patients on mechanical ventilation within the hospital
* Work with GE ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, and Airvo HFNC equipment
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Work alongside 7-9 staff members per shift with 1 supervisor on shift
* Dress code: Olive green tops and black pants
