Opportunity:

Workday Payroll Configuration Analyst (REMOTE)

Job Details:

* Remote position requiring own reliable internet and computer - equipment will not be provided
* 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* May require rare weekend assistance for system go-lives
* No holiday rotation requirements
* 40 guaranteed hours per week, except during holidays when unit is closed and during orientation week
* 13-week contract with strong potential for extension
* Bachelor's degree required
* 2-5+ years of Workday payroll configuration experience required (hard stop requirement)
* Must have experience with the most recent version of Workday
* Must have true configuration experience including understanding of earning codes, deduction codes, and process logic
* Must be able to consult with partners on overall payroll processes, not just technical components
* Must be a self-starter, comfortable working independently, and able to take initiative
* Preferred experience includes payroll consolidation, HCM, and UKG experience (including how UKG and Workday interact)
