Job Details:

* 24 hours per week with 3 shifts guaranteed per 13-week contract
* Approximately 5 patient visits per day
* Average daily census of 44 patients across 57 beds
* Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* No on-call responsibilities required
* No weekend requirements
* Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed
* Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
* Scrub color: Eggplant
* Charting system: EPIC
* Required certifications: BLS, RD/RDN
* Required skills include: Nutrition Assessments/Reassessments, Nutrition Focused Physical Exam (NFPE), Enteral Nutrition (tube feedings), Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), Dysphagia, Therapeutic Diet Orders, Calorie Counts, Fluid/Electrolyte Requirements, Food-Drug Interactions, Chronic Wounds, Alzheimer's Disease, Failure to Thrive, Nutrient Deficiencies, and Teaching Nutrition Classes
* Primary patient population: Geriatrics
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
