Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2386.80

Opportunity:

RN - Staff RN

Job Details:

* Work three 8-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Weekend call rotation of one day (Saturday or Sunday) every 4.5 weeks
* Night call rotation of 4-5 shifts per 6-week schedule
* Valid Ohio nursing license required
* CPR certification required
* Previous registered nursing experience preferred
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient using the nursing process
* Administer medications and perform treatments accurately and safely
* Implement physician orders and notify physicians of pertinent observations and patient status changes
* Provide patient and family education from admission through discharge
* Maintain thorough, concise, accurate, and legible documentation of the nursing process
* Accept responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role-appropriate tasks
* Ensure equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care
* Must be able to manage urgent situations calmly and communicate empathically with patients
* Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent decisions
* Position involves heavy work requiring exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and frequent patient handling activity
