Job Details:

* On-call required weekdays and weekends
* Weekend shifts required during staff shortages, 12-hour shifts
* Expected patient ratio of 1:3
* Position does not float between units
* 40-hour orientation period
* Must have a vehicle for this assignment
* Scrub color: Any color; OR/Cath Lab scrubs provided
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* No parking fee
* Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
* Must be qualified to operate fluoroscopy equipment within the Cath Lab setting
* Ability to scrub cases preferred
* Serve patients in adult and geriatric age groups
* Daily census of approximately 25 patients across 7 rooms
* Departmental procedures include Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac, Interventional Radiology, and Structural Heart
* Neuro procedural experience required: Diagnostic Carotid/Cerebral Angiography, Stroke Thrombectomy, and Cerebral Coil Embolization
* Must float within service line based on experience; PSV CVL on-call requires a 30-minute callback response time
* Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license required to operate fluoroscopy; may submit with license pending
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS, or ARRT OBMI licensure
* Key skills include: Fluoroscopy, Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Scrub and sterile field maintenance, Angioplasty, Cardiac Stent Placement, TAVR, Carotid Angiography and Stenting, Embolization, IVC Filter Placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, TIPS, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, and additional interventional and vascular procedures

This short-term acute care facility is a 536-bed teaching hospital offering a comprehensive range of specialized services. The facility supports a high-acuity patient population and operates a robust Cath Lab environment encompassing Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac, Interventional Radiology, and Structural Heart procedures. The organization utilizes Epic for charting and maintains modern equipment and resources to support advanced imaging and procedural care.
