Opportunity:

Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Details:

* Work in a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility setting
* Preferred schedule is Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
* Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents
* Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence
* Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
* Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
* Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
* Active OTA license required
* SNF experience preferred with mentorship available for those with 0-1 year of experience
* Strong documentation and time-management skills required
* Flexible and collaborative mindset required
