Job Details:

* 13-week contract position working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* No on-call required
* 4 weekend shifts per schedule
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Work in a 23-bed Emergency Department
* Perform procedures including cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation
* Use Welch Allyn/GE equipment and Meditech EMR system
* Navy blue scrubs required
* Minimum 1 year of ED experience required; 2 years preferred
* Required certifications: ALS, BLS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS
* Team player with a flexible, positive, and upbeat demeanor preferred

Facility:

This facility is home to a well-balanced Emergency Department team with a close-knit culture that blends small-town hospital warmth with the demands of a growing community. The unit is a Certified Primary Stroke Center and Level IV Trauma Center, recognized with a 2023 Mission: Lifeline Systems of Care Recognition for AHA CAD performance. The department features dedicated charge nurse coordinators who support staff through collaborative scheduling and active participation in the Unit Based Council, fostering a strong and supportive work environment.
