Opportunity:

RD/RDN - Day Treatment Behavioral Health

Job Details:

* 5x8 shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Floating to other units or campuses required based on census needs
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field required
* Required certification: RD/RDN
* Epic EMR experience preferred
* Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide meal support and nutrition education to patients
* Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
* Serve adolescents, adults, seniors, and postpartum patients in PHP and IOP behavioral health programs
* Work with patients diagnosed with eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, ARFID, and OSFED), mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, OCD, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions
* Skills required include: adolescent and adult outpatient/clinic care, appetite stimulants, behavioral health/treatment center, calorie counts, eating disorders, therapeutic diet orders, and care across multiple age groups including middle adult, older adult, and young adult populations
* No weekend shifts required

This healthcare organization operates a specialized behavioral health Day Treatment program providing comprehensive outpatient services across PHP and IOP levels of care. The facility serves a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, seniors, postpartum patients, and individuals with eating disorders.
