Opportunity:
Physical Therapist
Job Details:
* August schedule follows a Friday/Saturday Monday/Tuesday rotation
* Includes at least 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week rotation
* Possible holiday shifts depending on timing
* May float to Inpatient Rehab or Swing Bed units as needed
* Evaluate patients and develop and follow through on individualized treatment plans
* Treat patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Patient diagnoses include adult medical units, surgical, and intensive care
* Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
* BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
* Must be a graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association
* Must hold a valid Oregon physical therapy license or be license eligible
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Acute care experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Epic EMR charting experience required
* Required certification: BLS
