Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts with flexibility for 4x10-hour shift schedule
* Post-acute care setting
* Assess clients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans
* Administer and perform therapeutic interventions with clients
* Notify physician of changes and process orders accordingly
* Document observations and services provided using Point Click Care (PCC) charting system
* Provide direct consultation with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
* Provide training on programs, adaptive equipment, and other therapeutic interventions
* Utilize and supervise therapy assistants in accordance with Federal and State regulations
* Follow infection control and safety standards when using equipment
* Completion of an accredited physical therapy program required
* National registration and state licensure required
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Must be at least 18 years of age
