Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
* No on-call requirements
* Up to one working weekend shift per 4-week schedule period
* Required to work at least one holiday period (Christmas: Dec. 24?Dec. 26 or New Year's: Dec. 31?Jan. 1)
* May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift
* 2 years of OR RN experience strongly preferred
* Scrub experience strongly preferred; RNs are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures
* Must have South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license
* Required certifications: BLS and Radiation Badge (to be provided by agency)
* Level 1 trauma experience required
* Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Charting system: EPIC
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Parking available for a $20 registration fee for a hang tag granting access to the designated parking garage

Facility:

This facility is a Level I Trauma Center, teaching facility, and Magnet-designated hospital with 820 total staffed beds. The Main Operating Room features 21 OR suites covering all surgical specialties including trauma, transplant, ortho, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics. The nursing team consists of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologists, operating within a busy and dynamic nurse-driven environment that provides cutting-edge technology to the community.
