Opportunity:

Med/Surg Tele RN

Job Details:

* Day/Night rotating shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
* Shifts may be variable based on operational needs of the hospital; facility will do their best to honor preferred shift but reserves the right to rotate if necessary
* 20-week contract preferred; 13-week contracts also accepted
* Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for the same patient population
* Must work at least every other holiday
* Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in specialty required (preferred within one location but can be combined)
* Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required; travel experience will suffice
* Must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), and NIHSS - all must be active and in hand at time of submission
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both is required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
