Physical Therapist - SNF

Job Details:

* Outpatient position with inpatient float responsibilities
* On-call weekends required once per month
* Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatments addressing impairments and functional limitations
* Assess and treat patients with consideration for gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs
* Focus on improving patient quality of life following injury or disease
* Must maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients
* Must be able to make sound clinical judgments independently
* Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Montana required
* BLS certification required
* Must have completed a professional course of education accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
* Must successfully pass background check and drug screen
* Travel position - in-state travelers must exceed a 250-mile radius to be considered
