Opportunity:

RN - Behavioral Health

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Work on an Adult Behavioral Health unit with 120 beds
* Patient ratios of 1:8/9 on both day and night shifts (estimated and never guaranteed)
* Work with Welsh Allen VS Machines and Meditech EMR system
* Perform behavioral health admissions and discharges
* Serve as Lead RN resource with classes provided
* Float to other inpatient adult behavioral health units as needed
* Care for patients with varied mental health issues
* Minimum 1 year of current behavioral health experience required
* Strong behavioral health inpatient experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, CPI Certification (or Calm Every Storm Certification accepted)
* Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to handle varying patient acuity
* Team-player mentality and compassion required
