Open Position: RN - Orthopedics

Opportunity:

RN - Ortho

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Ortho/Neuro unit with 36 beds and a staff of 27
* Patient ratio of 5:1 for RNs with 8-12 patients per tech
* Day shift includes 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, 1-2 techs, and 1 secretary
* Work with equipment including immobilizers, braces, and cold treatment devices
* EMR system: Meditech
* Perform procedures including total joints (knee, hip, shoulder) and spine surgery
* Minimum 1 year of current Ortho RN or Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting required
* Ortho/Spine experience preferred
* Required certification: BLS
* Preferred certification: ACLS
