Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No weekend requirements
* No holiday requirements
* Position covers 3 locations within the Kidney Dialysis Unit (KDU) - Dialysis Center
* Travel or tele visits required for 2 additional sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake
* No self-scheduling or block scheduling available
* Primarily serve patients with renal failure in a dialysis center setting
* Approximately 95 patients treated per month with varying daily caseload
* No clinical involvement required
* 1 week of department-specific orientation provided with preceptor available throughout assignment
* Departmental Manager and Director on site
* Business casual professional attire required for meetings
* Charting system: EPIC
* Minimum 1 year of social work experience required
* Previous travel experience not required
* Required certifications and licenses: MSW or LCSW, ND Licensure, and BLS Certification
